College Fusion™ Package

College Fusion™ comes with a 120% money back guarantee. So long as the student has upheld all obligations, as listed herein, if the cost savings achieved are less than the original cost paid for College Fusion™, a refund equal to 120% of the original price the client paid for College Fusion™ will be issued. We are that confident about our services and results. Assessment of cost savings will be done on the one year anniversary of this agreement.

1. Assessment of Benefit Conferred Upon Client. AIE shall assess the benefit conferred upon the Client and Student through the following methods (this is not an exhaustive list):
   1. CLEP (College Level Examination Program): Testing out of classes, and achieving college credits that would otherwise have been paid for by Client. Tuition dollars saved will be measured by cost per credit at the institution of the Student. (If Student has not been accepted into a college/university, the quantitative dollar amount will be measured on the average cost per credit at the Student's top four colleges/universities to which Student is planning on applying or has already applied.) If the student succeeds in passing CLEP tests (as accepted by the school/s they plan to attend), and is accepted by said school/s, then changes their mind and attends a school outside of their original four (4) top choice schools, AIE will still be credited the amount saved, based on cost per credit, as described above.
   2. Regaining/Petitioning lost credits: Credits lost due to Student's transferring from one institution to another that were regained by the efforts of AIE. The total amount of credits (and corresponding dollars) saved will be credited to AIE for quantitative purposes.
   3. Private Networks: All scholarships and tuition reimbursement dollars acquired by Student during the course of the Agreement either through AIE's Private Network of Scholarships and Tuition Reimbursement, or outside of it, will be attributed as dollars/cost reduction generated by AIE. The branding and the package (resume, letters of recommendation, interview skills, etc.) created through working with AIE are the resources in which these benefits are realized, therefore those dollars will be attributed to the students work with AIE.
   4. Tuition Reimbursement: Tuition reimbursement will be deemed achieved through AIE if Student is hired by a company that pays Tuition Reimbursement at anytime over the 12-month contract. Regardless of if Student accepts the position, how long Student works at the company, or if Student does not request, and therefore, does not receive Tuition Reimbursement, AIE shall be credited with achieving the amount of Tuition Reimbursement that was made available through this resource.
   5. Achieving In-state tuition: If AIE obtains in-state tuition for an out-of-state Student through our partner relationship, the amount saved shall be credited with achieving the amount saved.

The only way for AIE to guarantee the financial results for our clients is to have students that show up and are willing to do the work required of them. If the student doesn not uphold their obligations, the 120% money back guarantee is void. They are simple and for the benefit of our clients' and students'. They are as follows:

1. Obligations of Client/Student. Client must cause Student, or Student shall:
1. Student must attend each of the four (4) sessions in full and all coursework must be completed and passed to qualify as successful completion of the College Fusion Program. (AIE can remove Student, at any time, due to tardiness or behavior. In such case where sessions remain AIE will prorate the remaining sessions, and return the remaining portion to the Client within thirty (30) days.) Any sessions that are rescheduled by AIE, or those sessions that AIE approves Student's absences shall be made up promptly to ensure results. Sessions approved and rescheduled by AIE, whereby Student does not respond to AIE's correspondence, and does not attend the rescheduled session will be considered an absence and will effectively void AIE's guarantee, as listed herein.
2. Student must complete and submit 100% of the homework. (In order for AIE to achieve results for the Client, certain items are required to be submitted by Student. Without these items, Student's success cannot be achieved. If the required items, listed herein and as required by the College Fusion Program, are not submitted according to their deadlines and requirements, AIE's guarantee is null-and-void, and payment for the College Fusion Program will be deemed earned by AIE and no refund will be eligible.
3. Have identified their top four schools that they will apply for by the end of the second session. Benefits assessed by AIE are for these four (4) schools only. Any student deciding to change their school selection after the second session may do so, but AIE's guarantee will be assessed using the original four (4) schools selected. If the student has chosen schools that have little, or no, cost savings ability, AIE reserves the right to terminate the relationship and refund the prorated amount for any remaining sessions to the client.
4. Take a minimum of two (2) CLEP tests, which must be completed within 30 days of the start of the College Fusion Program.
5. d. Student must submit a minimum of three (3) scholarships, with all necessary requirements for the scholarship to be accepted by the foundation/organization. (During sessions where scholarship deadlines have already passed, and are closed during AIE's work with Student, a minimum of three (3) scholarships must be fully completed, packaged and ready for submittal for the following year.)
6. Student must apply for a minimum of two (2) jobs with Tuition Reimbursement.
7. Student may not use cell phones, electronics and/or social media during Sessions. (At the discretion of AIE, Student can be dismissed from the session for violating this rule and marked absent for that day.)
8. We don't deal with bad attitudes and/or non-committed students. As such, we reserve the right to terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason. In this instance, the student will be removed from the program, and, any remaining sessions will be prorated and returned to the client within thirty (30) days from the date of termination. In this instance, the guarantee becomes void.

Any termination by client or AIE will result in the immediately termination of the student's access to AIE resources.

You, as the client and/or the student, agree to the terms and conditions herein, as stated in both the "General" and "College Fusion™" sections of this contract.
