College Fusion ↓

What if I have to miss a session?

We get it. Life happens. To get the 120% money-back guarantee your student has to make EVERY session. You can however miss one session and still continue but you are still responsible for keeping up on materials covered (and we'll help you do that). If you are excessively and/or disruptively late or absent AIE reserves the right to dismiss you from the program providing you a pro-rated refund.

You say there's a 120% money back guarantee. What does that mean?

Though College Fusion happens over a few intensive sessions it is a relationship that lasts the duration of 12 months. At the end of the year if you are not completely satisfied with the financial results your student received we will gladly give your money back plus some to assure you we're serious and we respect your time and money.

I don't live in California. Can I still participate? How?

Though we're primarily working in CA right now we are expanding out to Illinoins Colorado and the North West (Washington Oregon and Idaho) by the end of they year. However with a minimum group of 10 people we can host a College Fusion session in your area.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. $500 for each referral that becomes a successful client.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. $250 for each referral that becomes a successful client.

What's the difference between an affiliate and referral program?

Great question. Our referral program is for those who refer people, here and there, that become College Fusion clients of AIE. An affiliate is a collaborative partner that shares AIE's products/services with their vast network of high school and college students on an on-going basis. Affiliates are compensated in a more aggressive manner, as they become integral in expanding AIE's distribution means.

Workshops ↓

We have a financial aid component to New Student Orientation. Can you fill this time slot?

Yup! What we do can bring a fresh, personal solution to your families' personal financial needs. We're versed in the areas of financial aid (the FAFSA, student loans, income ceilings, etc.), but can share with your families the outside resources they need to help pay for college that they aren't getting anywhere else!

Do you offer weekend and/or evening workshops?

Absolutely.

Scholarships ↓

When should I know if I was awarded a scholarship?

Every foundation has their own protocol for awarding scholarships. Some meet numerous times throughout the year while others meet once after the application deadline. Most decisions are made and awards are distributed within 3 months of application deadline. Contact the foundation for expected notification date if it is not provided in their scholarship details.

What if I'm not a US citizen? Do I qualify for scholarships?

That depends. Your institution may offer special scholarships and there are a few scholarships for international students. However, scholarships do, generally, go to US citizens. Check out our database and, if you don't find what you need, your best bet is tuition reimbursement.

What if my parents are not US citizens? Do I qualify for scholarships?

YES! Usually

The scholarship application asks for my parents taxes. What if I cannot supply those?

Great question. In EVERY CASE you will want to contact the foundation directly so you don't waste your time doing all the work only to be disqualified because of this. DO NOT GUESS- whatever you do! But here are a few options to consider...

If you can't supply them because you do not have contact with your parents (are a ward of state, homeless, they are deceased, or any number of other extreme cases) then contact the foundation directly and ask them, specifically what your options are. Usually, in this case, you will either provide your primary caregiver's tax information or, if you are over 25 and/or dependant, you can supply your own.

If you can't supply them because they didn't file last year? Read the fine print to see if you can supply their most recent tax documents (i.e. submit last year's tax info, or two years ago.)

If you can't supply them because your parents are divorced and you don't have contact with your mother or father. Again, contact the foundation. USUALLY, they want both of your biological parent's tax info. Even if it means an awkward call to mom or dad that you only talk to on birthdays and holidays.

If you can't supply them because your parents absolutely refuse to give them to you (and are not helping you in any way financially pay for college- or have strict limitations to how much they'll help you without reasons you're aware of). Well- I think you have here an even BETTER reason as to why you need the help of this scholarship, right?! If I were you, I'd contact the foundation and explain to them the unique situation you're in. Explain that, come hell or high water, this is one thing your parents will not budge on- even if it means helping you out. You're on your own and want to know if you can still apply for this scholarship. Better still would be to have your PARENTS call them and tell them this, that way they know you're not just lying to get money.

My parents make good money. Do I still qualify for scholarships?

YES! YES! YES! There are PLENTY of scholarships out there that have no baring whatsoever on your financial situation. NOW GET BUSY applying for those scholarships!

Also- you can

What does ALL IN EDUCATION do?

We equip students for college acceptance and college funding. Besides helping students get into their top choice schools, we reduce the cost of college for ANY family, REGARDLESS of income. From the low income to the wealthiest of families, our resources are completely outside of the FAFSA and what the government and schools believe you can pay for college. From free college credits, jobs with tuition reimbursement, in-state tuition for out-of-state students, local scholarships and credit recapture, our resources are saving families tens-of-thousands of dollars on the college.

What if I make too much money to get financial aid?

Join the club. If you are a middle to upper income family don't expect much in the way of financial aid, unless your student is beyond brilliant or athletic. That's why AIE's resources are so brilliant, it doesn't matter if your Donald Trump, or Donald Duck, our resources work for any and all families.

Are you a scholarship company?

Absolutely not!!! Yes, we have our own private network of scholarships, because many families and students still want access to scholarships, but this is our least favorite resource. Scholarships are not controllable, and anyone that tells you otherwise drinks early in the mornings. However, we have created a scholarship network that is localized (taking away much of the competition), available to most students, and are not regularly marketed. What does this mean for the student? Simply, they have access to scholarships few others know about, access to local donors, and a network that caters to them- unlike search engines that tells students which 1,000,000 scholarships they should go after.

Tuition Reimbursement ↓

How does TR work?

This is an employee benefit. Employers recognize education makes their employees better at their jobs, and that they can "cherry pick" the highest quality employees by offering them this stellar benefit. There are stipulations as to whom, how and under what circumstances employers will offer this benefit, so you have to do your homework to know if you qualify. AIE's resources have done all the work for you, hosting 134 corporate employers offering this benefit and what you need to know to cash in.

What does it mean when it says "courses in related field" or "job related courses" only?

Honestly, it USUALLY doesn't mean anything. I could get into tax law, and so could you, but really, they're not only NOT allowed to deny you tuition reimbursement if it's not job related, but the reality is, every course can be job related! Taking psychology and you work at Starbucks? Totally job related! Studying psychology is going to make you better at understanding your customers' needs. Make sense?

What if I'm not a US citizen? Do I qualify for TR?

You can. There are several different ways you qualify for employment as a non-resident. A student visa or worker's visa might be an option. This is definitely something that will vary depending on the employer, so be confident asking about this up-front.

What if my parents are not US citizens? Do I qualify for TR?

Absolutely! If you're a US citizen and want to get a job, the fact that your parents are not will not hinder your ability to qualify for TR.

Should I request TR during my interview?

NO! Here's the deal; our Private TR Network is the key to getting you an inside benefit you can't get anywhere else. If you're working with us and have access to our Private Network, then choose the job you want with the TR benefits you need. AFTER getting hired, you can move forward in requesting TR from your employer. If, however, you are not one of our clients and don't have access to our Private Network, you CAN get onto the company website where you're hoping to get a job. Under the benefits tab, look to see if they offer: "Tuition Reimbursement", "Tuition Assistance" or "Education Assistance". If they DO, you know you're in luck! What you DON'T know is how much they offer and what the stipulations are. In your interview, you can ask them to describe their benefits package to you (generally) and if they mention TR, then great! Otherwise, it would be in your best interest to connect with another employee and ask THEM - they'll be happy to tell you all the details they can if you're a potential hire.

Is it possible for TR to be removed as an employee benefit?

Yes. Here's the deal: First, employers CAN choose not to offer TR as a benefit. Second, if you do not meet their criteria for receiving TR (if you don't work enough hours, maintain high enough grades, or whatever their particular reqs might be) then you can become ineligible to receive it. MYTH BUSTER: Some employers might say they "don't have a tuition reimbursement program"... What they're saying is "though we'd love to, we're not able to because we don't have a 'program' set up." What I'm saying is; you don't NEED a "program" to offer TR to employees. Employers are ALWAYS able to put funds toward education (it's called professional development). PLUS, there is no limit on how much they can give.

Why is receiving TR so great?

It's FREE MONEY! What's not great about that?!

How long do I have to work at my employer to receive TR?

This is unique to each employer... that's why our Private Tuition Reimbursement Network is SO VALUABLE! It tells you all the secrets no one else can!!!

Do I loose TR if I'm fired?

Yes. Don't get fired.

Do I loose TR if I quit?

Yes. Not only that, SOME employers require that if you receive TR, you must remain employed with them for a distinguished period of time (6 monts, 1 year, etc) or you have to pay it all back!!! YIKES! MAKE SURE YOU KNOW before you accept TR and then quit.

What if I go home (out of state) during the summer? Do I still get my TR?

This is going to be unique to each company. However, if you're working somewhere with multiple locations, particularly where your out-of-state home is, then you'll likely be able to transfer locations; keeping your job AND earning some money over the summer!

If I'm not 18, can I still apply for and receive TR?

Yes!
